And then, we want advance payment ( %50 of total , we dont want all of the amount because the items in our web site are not in our stock, we produce them for customers orders, sometimes we cannot prepare all of the items so if customer paid all amount first it is not good for them and us) the items in your order.

8. Why is my tracking number invalid?
The tracking information normally appears after 1 business day following dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes.

11. What if my parcel is seized by Customs?
If your items cannot be cleared from the customs, please contact us first. We will conduct further investigations with the shipping company on your behalf.
Because duties of import to Turkey are high we do not recommend the return. On the other hand if you are certain that you are dissatisfied with the items quality or You received wrong items, you may return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs and taxes etc afer you infrom us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org . We dont accept the items if you do not inform us first. After the receiving of the items, refund will be made or We resend your items, it depends on what do you want.
You can cancel your request any time before you make advance payment and we begin to prepare your order.We dont have any stock and we produce items for customers order so It give us difficulty if an order is canceled after production is begin, but for a special reason you want to cancel some or full of your order please inform us by e-mail email@example.com and we will try to find a solution.
